Toilet fixed

Finally we where able to fix one of our two broken toilets. It’s not fixed fixed. The guy did say the toilet is old and it’s best to replaced it since it’s starting break down on the inside. Apparently something that happens as toilets age.
The guy gave me a quote for now and I paid for the flush that he was able to do to get the toilet to flush again. The price would be $1000 so we are leaving at that for now and talk things over about if we should get it done if so are we going to have the plumber do it or do it ourselves.

Would probably be cheaper to do it yourselves, so long as you knew what you were doing. Sometimes it ends up costing more when things go wrong.
My uncle has a plumber's license, and we usually have him do it for us.

It should be easy drain the tank, turn off the water take the toilet off and put the new on and fill the tank. It’s line a hole with a hole

@ShyBear88 Ah okay, well then yeah it definitely sounds like you should save the money a plumber would charge and do it yourself.
