Today is gardening day. I will make a good sandwich for lunch and spend the rest of the day placing the marigold in bigger pots.
I am sweeping the floor little by little as it is not something I like to do. The kitchen os clean so I´m ready to go out. i will also sweep the terrace. Luna´s galloping at night dirties it a lot.
I hope my plants come out in spite of the winter. The terrace has been covered by a plastic and looks towards the sunshine so the plants could pick up the sun.
See you later.

I had a lot of lettuce the year I had my chemo. It was lucky because I was forbidden to eat raw veggies from the super.

@marguicha Do you have problems with snails? They want to destroy that plant

There must be seeds everywhere. They are a little more than weeds.

@marguicha I've been looking for arugula seeds anytime I've gone to the market - none to be found. A lot of lettuce seeds though . . . maybe I should start with that for now.

I am planting lettuce in my garden this year. It will be nice to have to make my own salads. You lettuce looks like it's coming up nicely
Marigolds attract beneficial insects, such as ladybugs, hoverflies and parasitic mini-wasps, that prey on garden pests. I've planted some in my veggie garden.

That is awesome! I planted some lettuce seed this year too. I've never tried to grow it so we will see what happens. It will probably do better in autumn/winter here so I'm not expecting a miracle here. I have several that have sprouted now. Good luck with your plants out on the patio!
