Fund is not Credited Yet

I have waited some fund to my account to be credited. It would be a big help since the business operations in our city are not in full force yet and not every employees are working as well. I don't want to have my time wasted just to check my balance in the bank. I checked it online but it just say that they can't process my request. Hoping to have it already credited, I went to the bank branch to inquire. Thankfully, there were no long queues at the banks ATMs. There are 5 machines available and only few people did transaction during the hour.
