It has been a craze here for sometime.
Yes, I am a late bloomer. I do not go with the trends and the likes.
But since it is hot and my mind is idle so why not.
I tried making this dalgona coffee and join the trend just this time.
Unfortunately, I did not enjoyed it nor did my daughter. It tastes too bitter for me. I prefer the usual iced coffee than this one.
Sorry for those who tried and liked it. I don't.
How are you all doing?

@hereandthere I totally dislike the taste of instant coffee, I tried but I really do not like. All recipes call for the same amount of sugar, coffee and cold water, if you use 2 tablespoon of instant coffee you must use the same amount of sugar and water. You can pour the Dalgona on more or less milk and ice, according to your taste.

I tried it and it was unsuccessful. I used milo powder and I did not get that foamy texture. I gave up.

I didn't try doing it because of the milk. I'm lactose intolerant so I cant drink that even I love coffee.

@rakski Maybe you should just add one tablespoon of the cream you've made to a glass of milk so it will not end up too bitter. I'm not sure since I haven't tried it though.

I still prefer the artificial coffee sachet. Those are very expensive ones.

@hereandthere I guess I find this a bit sweet as I am used to drinking coffee without sugar. Equal amounts of coffee and sugar

Yes. Even on YouTube dalgona is the craze. I like having my Keurig mochas, but occasionally have an iced coffee.

@rakski Personally, I make a cup of coffee with my Keurig and then mix some hot chocolate in it.
