For this afternoon my mom and I are making these cheese and ham empanadas and other baked chicken for snack with coffee since we had a light lunch and we are hungry again hehe.

I hope that you enjoy them. In about an hour I will make dinner. I decided it would be a vegetable soup because it was rainy and overcast earlier.

@Aleskys Yes, it was delicious. Though it did not rain in the evening, it was still cool enough to enjoy the hot soup.
