Thursday evening walking exercise

GOOD EVENING FRIENDS. Here's the 4th day of the 2nd week of May of my walking exercise. Based on my health app monitor I completed 5.4 kilometers for 70 minutes going back and forth. Here are my workout details: Workout duration: 70 minutes Distance: 5.4 kilometers Workout calories: 216 calories Steps: 7,062 steps Average speed: 12.5 km/h Did you walk today? How's your performance, friends?

@cherriefic okay. It's the same here. We're in general community quarantine. What I did is walking back and forth within our residence vicinity.
