Leaking Faucet

After a few weeks the hard ware that was in front of us opened again and we didn't hesitate to have it replaced.
Though it was a problem about the plumber, were glad the tenant volunteered to fix it. Then we treat them with lunch take out.
Unfortunately, it's not the only leaking faucet, which will be my turn to fix next week.

Be glad that it was just a leak. A while back, my hot water faucet in the bathtube would not shut off. I finally had to use a old mop handle to push the knob in and have the other end of the mop on the bathtube wall in order for it to not run all the timem until I could get it fixed.

My (newly installed) kitchen faucet leaks too, but only a drop every half-hour or so. Really weird.
