Yes i do know. But the fact is many people become greedy at iftaar time. They eat too much and some time unhealthy food. That way degrades the benefit of fasting

They say fasting restarts your system. I do think it's true! I found this out accidentally while ill . . . I simply did not want to eat - so I didn't. But after getting better, I felt really great - in fact some other issues I had literally disappeared!

Hello my friend.
I have never ever even had the reason to be fasting.
I am not sure I could do it.
I get hungry every few hours so I know I couldnt handle going so long without something to eat.
I am not sure if fasting is healthy or not.

Fasting is part of the many religions including, Islam, Judaism and Christianity.Some people fast for spiritual reasons while some fast as a way to physically discipline the body but it has been scientifically proved that fasting has so many health benefits.
