What is your favorite place to eat at in Vegas??

One of the things I love to do is try different places to eat while in Vegas. What restaurants do you like to eat at there?
The buffets are always a good choice, but I also like Delmonico's (one of Emeril's restaurants) and I forget the name but it's a South American restaurant where if you do the "bbq" they bring different foods to you on long skewers and you can eat as much as you want of the, they all have interesting flavors.

cool, try looking up the name of the south american place, if you check vegas message boards they can probably help you, the food was good considering it's produced a lot at a time.
