Funny I just noticed how many 20's was in the date. That was yesterday a very horrible scary and paranoid day. About 12 noon the electric went off for 3 minutes, just long enough for me to panic and reach for my oxygen tank and hoping I had strength to turn it on. electric came back on. 3 rd time it did this I hollered for Clay
He hung out near my room till the 7 th time it stayed off. I knew I had just paid the bill so I called them.
They was doing maintanance on the lines. and would not be done for a few hours. I gave them a piece of my mind
for not letting someone like myself know ahead of time because if no one is here and I am not strong enough guess what happens?
Today isn't much better as everything I eat goes right through me
if you know what I mean. I have taken anti-diarrhea medicine in hopes it will work
I hope your day is better then mine?
at least so far I can breathe

for shame but cute

Talk to your doctor about one of those portable battery ones. Mom had to have the doctor write her a specific prescription. But then the insurance covered it fully. She couldnt hardly move her little tanks if she needed them and never did figure out how to turn it on.

@wolfgirl569 I need to remember to push her for it next time. It is a bit hard to get in touch straight to her at times. Have to go through several people and leave messages and everything else.

@bunnybon7 Your welcome. It should not have to be so hard to get something you can use easy but it is. I did a lot of calling around for her to figure out what we needed to do. Just wish the doctor would have looked and said Almost 80 year old woman needing to go on oxygen. I will order this for her. He ordered the regular which gave her the big plug in thing for at home and 2 little refillable tanks for going out and 2 big refillable tanks for in case the power went off. That little portable was easy for her to get and turn on when she needed it and easier to carry going shopping too.

@much2say I think rice absorbs the bad stuff some how.

@bunnybon7 I've heard rice too - and I think banana. I guess the fiber or whatever kinda clogs up the system - in a good way - to stop the runs.

really all he is good for and only reason I allow him to stay.
most other ways and times he is just nasty and nerve wracking. In fact I had to yell several times and when he first got up, he was a bit crabby and annoyed at me.

Getting upset like that can really hurt your digestion. Now that you know what they are doing it should help a little bit.

well today 2 days later I still have a really upset digestive thing going on. Starting to really worry about it. Last thing a person needs right now is going to the hospital

yes makes you concerned that a fuse blew or a wire is messing up in only your house when you don't know it's the neighborhood

Not having electric certainly would make me panic if I needed it for oxygen. They really should have notified you about them working on the lines ahead of time.

yes and they are quick to apologize as if that does any good.
what would be a better apology would be giving us a discount of a few bucks off our bill.
