Here's the 3rd day of the 3rd week of May of my walking exercise. Based on my health app monitor I completed 4.46 kilometers for 62 minutes going back and forth within the city. Here are my workout details: Workout duration: 62 minutes Distance: 4.46 kilometers Workout calories: 229 calories Steps: 6,830 steps Average speed: 4.3 km/h Maximum speed: 6.0 km/h Average pace: 13.54 minutes/km Maximum pace: 9.56 minutes/km Lowest elevation: 65 meters Highest elevation: 97 meters Did you walk today? How's your performance, friends?

I walked for over two hours with my husband this morning. He slowed me down.

I walk back and forth at home for 2 hours. I don`t know if that will help with my goal of loosing weight because I also do some dancing exercise

@kepweng Our apartment is too little to have a treadmill at home. I only do the normal walk back and forth

i just walk around here in our living room. but when i am in school, i walk around the premises that it often gives me pant and sweat.
