Jets Score...Joe Flacco!!!

There are three Quarterbacks that I was wondering about as we approach the new NFL season. Rosen, Newton and Flacco. Newton and Flacco were touchy because of the injuries. Due to the significance of their injuries and the results of the COVID-19 virus, team doctors couldn't actually get a hold of either guy to check him out.
I was loosing hope for my guy Flacco. I thought for sure we would hear about his retirement any day.
Yeterday though, we got news the Joe Flacco signed a one year deal with the New York Jets. He'll be back up to Darnold but that's okay.
Flacco still has some football left in him and I'm glad he's getting a chance to keep playing.

Fingers crossed. He still has some football left in him and the Ravens and Broncos did him wrong. But business is business.

I was surprised he went to the Jets because I figured in his mind he was still a starter. We know Sam Darnold is their future so starting (assuming Darnold has no injuries) is not happening. Good for him for not being stubborn and insisting he start. He certainly upped the Jets' handsome factor. That boy is good lookin'!

lol His wife must think so too with five kids. I don't think Flacco ever had a huge ego. I think he wanted to have fun and win games. It's Newton that says he never said that he wouldn't settle for back up but I'm pretty sure that was a lie and he did.
