Dead zone, different type of exercise

Had anyone ever watched the dead zone? I never did. I got a three minute clip yesterday from a friend and when I sent it to my daughter she asked if it was spam. Good question. I hadn't even considered that but seeing that movies can be spliced together fairly easily I've been looking things up to be sure. I found the link below this morning after looking up the actor and the shows he played in which is a lot btw. As far as exercise I did hey my lawn mowed last week but I only did two small rounds my employee did the rest. The past few days I've been working on getting the carpet removed in my bedroom as it's very old. I did a portion a few years ago and since I can't figure out how to get onto the floor working from a chair is a bit slower but I'm getting there. I only have two more sections to get off and then all the wood and tracks on the sides of the floor. So doing that and moving the furniture by myself has been my exercise recently.
