Dumpling dinner

Tonight I was thinking about dumplings. It's the fault of someone on Twitter mentioning gnocchi, and I thought of dumplings. Easy peasy. I took three spoons of rice flour and a spoon of almond flour, a little baking powder, a little salt, an egg, and dropped them in boiling water as (kind of) ball shapes. They boiled in less than three minutes (when they float, they're done) and I scooped them out and put them in a dish. Then I took some into a soup bowl and poured some of my homemade chicken soup over them (soup from freezer). The other ones, I sprinkled with sugar and put yoghurt and jam over them and had them for dessert. They were delicious both ways! I am going to have to do this more often! Do you have unique ways of eating things that you or someone you know has invented/

Super easy. Easier than most things I make, and I never do any cooking things for more than 15 minutes so that's saying something.

That sounds very refreshing. I have some tomato plants, maybe I can try this with my own tomatoes soon!
