The Angel of Death or Doom

The perfect afternoon with a dark gray sky and thunder and lighting. The rain is pouring and I was doing my writing. There is a guy who sometimes hangs out here my friend Nick’s friend who when down on his luck does maintenance work around the house and property. I think he is friends with the lady who owns this place. Anyway like in any horror movie in the dark of the gloomy day he knocks on my door. I open the door and he says you know I just wanted to warn you about this guy meaning Cheese’s daddy. The guy has a name I cannot pronounce. Anyway, he goes on to say that he won’t get a new apartment because he is biding his time waiting for me to die or leave so he can get the apartment. You know you get that really creepy feeling like Say what? Actually this guy has made dinner for me and brought a watermelon we could both eat. He of course takes good care of Cheese and then someone comes warning you of doom and gloom. It just threw my whole afternoon off. I hate things like that. Actually I am worried more about Cheese. The cat seemed to get really tensed up not being able to get out anywhere and so his daddy took him down to stay in the tent for a while. Cheese found a girlfriend somewhere around here and spent happy nights visiting her returning in the early mornings. So it seemed he didn’t want to come back up to stay in my apartment. Then yesterday the rains started and Cheese rambled up to my apartment. He is here now a second day and he seems to be depressed about something or something is not right. I hope his daddy can find out because all he does is sleep. If you remember I told you he was kind of crabby and did not want anyone but his daddy to touch him and now all the spunk has completely gone out of him. I wonder if his girlfriend broke up with him or something. This whole day has been really strange.
