First time to order food online

I've heard about these Food delivery apps like Food Grab, Food Panda, Lala Move and many others. In fact, I've seen these food delivery guys ordering in either shakes stall or Jollibee over here..
But today is another prayer group day for the recent passing my grandma. So, we were concerned on what to give feed so mom thought of pizza.
I ordered one for her incoming visitors and another for myself.
Now I know why food delivery apps are so popular. Sadly, people abuse the system by doing pranks like cancelled orders or something.

Yes food delivery apps are here to stay. As people become more and more busy , going out for dinner is the last thing they would like to do. But as you rightly said people do misuse the system. The delivery companies also over charge the customer.

Not much choice on those apps since they're way too expensive but i got no choice but to order something for the visitors @popciclecold

sometimes, i, my son, and my sister would order online through Chow King or Jollibee. now, my son buys but brings home the food. once, he ate inside the car because all food houses did not admit customers to eat inside.

Hello @ridingbet They only take out orders but allowed us to order inside, but this was just jollibee. the rest we just ordered online.

Pizza is a good idea. I ordered groceries once online and that was the last time I did that. That was way before the virus. They did have everyone I wanted and had to do without or either substitute and did not like that.
