Herd Immunity

Many of the employees, workers, etc. are quite apprehensive to report for work tomorrow when Metro Manila and other provinces will be placed on a general community quarantine(GCQ).
It means there is an "easing up" of the lockdown situation from the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) to GCQ, apparently to make the economy moving.
I pity the workers who will brave their way to work, when there's less public transportation, and the danger of having themselves exposed to the virus in their desire to earn for survival.
The government placed Manila and other provinces under GCQ though there are still so many COVID cases particularly in Metro Manila.
Too sad, it would be like survival of the fittest, just like in herd immunity!

@acelawrites People are back to work here too, but only about the 50% of workers are now inside the offices, because of social distancing, the others are left home to work with their computers from home.

Yes it must turn to normalcy; but the virus is still here so we are so cautious!

I know how that feels since it seems that the employees have to do the hard work and not receive the respect that they deserve from their employers.

Some employers here are humane enough, but they too are severely affected by this crisis and the government seems still lacking the finances to support all the people's needs. They have to open businesses to prop up the economy.

It's really a sad situation; we're just praying that the workers/employees won't get sick.

Yes, they have no option but to take the risk. Hope they won't get infected.
