Going to be a long week!

My coworker who I believe has lied to get this week off. Claims he has to go help his son who've a paramedic and sick. His wife is beyond controlling. He cant handle stress so when it gets busy he cant handle it. Last week was an insane week. So this week it's the boss and me. The boss cant handle working period. Her controlling husband at home and disabled (he expects me to run the store all week alone). So I suggested I work open to close this week 7 days and then get a week off so she can be home with him who just got out of the hospital. Of course they cant handle that because noone wants to close. It's like noone wants to actually work but expect everything handed to them. This week will be insane and dealing with the boss who does nothing. I get I normally do all shift duties but the owner just high strung.
