~Is The Ball Going Up Again?~

So,i woke up this morning, praying it doesnt go up again, hoping to hear it's dropped quickly. . .just like a tennis ball dropped so fast from the balcony of my apartment to the ground.
I just pray I hear it some how .
A friend asked me over the phone yesterday "Sammie have you observed any signficant drop in the numbers lately?"
I replied "well it all depends on the angle from where we look at it"
According to National Geography Report on their website : "Over the course of April and into May,the number hovered around 25,000 new cases per day,which indicates that the U.S is riding steady in it's peak.
New cases are beginning to decline in hard hit areas such as New York city.But the steady overall tally for the nation means spikes are occurring else where. (See the spread of Coronavirus around the globe.)
Lately,it seems the number of cases are dropping gradually world over from my observation or are the number of Corona cases going up again in your own opinion?

Here in our country we are seeing an increase in number of cases. But the rate of infection is almost in control. People are still not taking the guidelines seriously and that is causing this spread.

@arunima25 uh oh! That's not so cool at all, if after that the world has been going through some people choose to be ignorant of the dangers,then I think your government needs to double her effort.
Are there any such new measures as would help to enable people take the guidelines seriously in your country now?

@Sambriel Many places they have to lead to strict punishment. But then that brings about criticism from nonsense opposition and others who just take advantage of such situation and dilute the real motive.

As restrictions are being lifted, people who are not maintaining social distancing or effectively not quarantining themselves when infected are causing the spread of the virus.

@jayanth_77 but you can still play your own role sensitizing your neighborhood who may have been turning deaf ears to the outlined guidelines don't you think?

Yes Sam, this is a very very hard time. In the beginning here in Israel a lot of mistakes were made and then they started to learn. We are also a small country so that helped in figuring out what to do here. Things have been very hard and they have also talked about a 2nd wave as when we get our flu shots around October. They are working hard to contain it and watching how things are going with what they have done so far. They have closed some schools because a lot got infected with the virus. In the meantime those that follow rules wear masks and social distance, while others do not. The ones that do not wear a mask are supposed to be fined but I have not seen it. So. hard life right now goes on and it is a wait and see and I check the news to see what is going on and what changes if any are being made that affect my cat and myself.

We are not on lockdown but it is not fun out there. I am trying to stay away from people and mind my own business and do what is best for me and my cat and they have to make comments and be nasty. I wish G-d would answer me right now because I could really use him. I am having a very very hard time in many ways. Aren't you sorry you asked?

Hear day by day cases are increasing due to given freedom to all activities so some people mid behavior giving huge damage..

@Lakshman15 oh no ! That's a wrong thing to do .it feels really sad how people take this things for granted.

If people can't stay at home, there's a higher chance that the numbers will spike again. Then perhaps the governments would be forced to implement another lockdown.
Many countries now have eased down the lockdown, but the choice still remains with the people, Yes we are now free to go out, but it does not mean that we should whenever we want!

It is going up and down now from 0 to 9 a day. 72 in isolation with one hospitalized. So far the high numbers is a cluster of a family, so officials not alarmed too much. 17 deaths though.

I believe that too. I'm being very safe. Going out only when I must, wearing mask, spraying Lysol, cleaning with bleach and improving my immune system. You too keep healthy and safe!

Very sad. But, hopefully many things like cleaners bleach, 409, Lysol and Lysol sprays kills off corona virus covid19 as well as other virus and bacteria's will keep deadly viruses and diseases away for good. Some health care officials ate concerned about, flu season mix with covid19 time layer in the yr.
