Thursday & Daily Health Report for 3 June

Good sunny morning from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It's a lovely morning. Temp is currently 62 F with a light breeze. It's so nice, I think I'll take my walk when I post this.
Yesterday was a good day and a hard day for my knees and back. I didn't push the envelope with more exercise than necessary with all the walking I did between my morning walk and grocery shopping. I'm also quite certain there are more steps than shown due to shopping. They need an exercise termed grocery shopping or shopping in general. You get a good workout with grocery shopping. Lifting, pulling, grabbing, bending, I think every muscle group is active in shopping. Which is why I took Ibuprofen before I went to bed last night. I was in serious pain with my knees. This morning they're good and I had a great workout in the pool. Here then are yesterday's numbers.

My weight has gone up in the last few days. I'm not certain why with all the exercise I'm getting. My sodium yesterday was good. My exercise was the pool and walking.

Muscle weighs more then fat and you have been exercising a lot. It’s good to build muscle and you’ll start losing again.

I hope so. I know where I want to be for my birthday next month. Right now it's going in the wrong direction. On another note, the shorts I bought yesterday without thinking of the size, fit perfectly and they're a size smaller than what I was wearing.

@just4him The clothes are not enough, I measure every week right now some sizes are so ridiculous, you can never know if the size is right. I bought the smallest size of pants last week and I had to bring it back, it's at least two sizes too big for me!

You are doing good. Being back in the pool you could be building some muscles back up a little and that will cause good weight gain. You are walking more also so the leg muscles are getting stronger.

You are right about grocery shopping being a full workout.
I only weigh myself once a week so I don't see that scale go up and down day after day.

An hour in the grocery store and you have all the exercise you'll need for the day.
When I did Whole30 only, I weighed only once a month. I'm almost tempted to go back to that.

I have lost weight the latests years so it is now about when it was at a younger age.. I learned about intermittent fasting - it has helped a lot..Starting with healthy teas..organic coffee, cocoa not heated too much.. My first meal - in the afternoon - is fruit, berries and yogurt and sun flower seeds - soaked over night. For lunch had one potato, a carrot, some fish with mustard sauce, an organic egg, ruccola salad, baby spinach, a little bread and organic butter..evening, a piece of fruit and nut bar with coconut oil (organic) Taking some good food supplements - one of the newest is Magnesium..

Don`t worry it really takes time to loose weight. That`s why I check my weight every month. I ate some ham sandwich for breakfast and chopsey with half cup of rice for dinner

I reaaly only had one meal yesterday since I had an eye appointment. Sis and I went to Texas Roadhouse since by the time I was done and she picked me up and after a discussion we were headed to Olive Garden since we thought Texas wasnt going to open til 4 . I checked on line and we found they are opening at 3 for now so we turned around and went there. I had a 8 ounce sirloin with a Ceaser salad and baked potato as it as the special and 3 dollars cheaper than a 6 ounce sirloin. It was so good and my sister was pleased with her rib eye. We even got a to go pulled pork for James her husband. We were also surprised that the prices were about the same before the shutdown. I am planning to take sis there in 2 weeks for her birthday.

Sorry to hear your weight has gone up, Maybe you are gaining muscle, that does weigh a bit more than fat.
I think you did really good though!
