Fixing the failure

Japan

Remember the other day when I posted about my three-ingredient coconut cookies being a failure? Well, I stuck them in the refrigerator and forgot about them for a couple of days. Pulled them out this morning and they actually are sticking together rather than crumbling. I tasted one and, albeit a bit dry, it kind of tastes like the middle part of a Mounds bar. (Technically, I guess, they are now four-ingredient cookies.) So I melted some chocolate and spread it over them. Now they are in the refrigerator but probably not for very long, just till the chocolate hardens. The sample I tried was really good! (I miss Mounds Bars as I haven't found them in Japan.) Have you had any great failure rescues recently?

Yes. And this is what I keep doing most of the times these days.

That will be great if you've created your own Mounds Bars. I haven't of them before.

Have you heard of Bounty bars?

@JudyEv Almost the same. I'd say the inside of Mounds is a bit juicier.
