Solar eclipse -21 june

Hey everyone. After the lunar eclipse which was on 5 June,the solar eclipse will take place on 21 June. This is first solar eclipse of 2020. It will be seen from parts of northern India, pakistan, Africa and china. The duration will be 6 hours. It is the longest solar eclipse. According to NASA, it can't be seen from naked eye.

If you have the opportunity to go observe it, I recommend it (provided you use proper eye protection) I got to see a total eclipse where I live a couple of years back and it was amazing. I was especially surprised when all the animals (birds mostly) began to act like it was time to end the day and it was morning.

@DeepikaGoodluck This is a photo I took that day. What was it like. Hmm, the area we watched from is near a wetland, where water stands much of the time. Lots of wildlife there. When the eclipse began things were as normal, then as it progressed, the light begins to dim, the animals begin to stir. As the halfway point is reached, one sees the animals finding places to rest and while still making noise. They become less active. When the complete blackout comes it looks and feels like night. The animals have become very quiet. We noted afterward that fog had begun to rise off the water and wet areas around us. That is what it was like. And yet, this does not reach the feeling that we experienced.
