Nice Morning Shared with Eeyore

Woke up to 68 today. How nice is that. For a few days the weather will be nice. Enjoyed the morning with my Eeyore coffee mug and cats in the screen room. Got through the night without bad dreams finally. The past few nights have not been good. Flashes of things I prefer not to see. I call it chaos in my mind. Today will be a good day. Moving forward step by step. Maybe a ride around the neighborhood later will help. A change in the atmosphere is usually a good thing. Plans anyone for today? Stay safe and well.

@CarolDM Congrats to you. How does it feel? So glad you did not have bad dreams. I am sorry about the flashes. Good idea to take the drive around the neighborhood. I was already out today and have been home for quite some time and will be going to bed soon.

Sorry about your dreams. I don't have issues with bad dreams, but negative thoughts are my issue. For some reason early in the AM they are bad, and decrease throughout the day.
