I can see dollar sign on mylot when I am not eligible for payment.

I can see dollar sign on mylot, the sign showing that you have been paid. Last month I did not reach the payout limit as such I am not eligible for any payment. The dollar sign may be by mistake.
Do you see any such sign if you are not eligible for payment?

I am eligible for payment but not seeing any $$ sign. Looks strange.

@jayanth_77 there are 2 possible reasons:
1. when did you earn $5? it should be last day of may may 31)
2. did you put your paypal email address in your account settings here?

@hereandthere yes I put my paypal email address in my mylot account setting.
I completed 5$ befor may 31.
' Error ' is being displayed on the mylot payment page.

Everybody will see the dollar signs, whether they are eligible for payment or not. It simply shows that the payment processing routine is running and the dollar signs are usually displayed for 24 hours, even though the routine takes much less time.

The sign shows up for everyone reguarless if you wanted enough for not.

yes I too didnt see $$ sign as I think may be due to use of mobile browser.

@JimBo452020 I don't think it is part of notification. A dollar sign appears on either side of mylot at the centre of the page.

No we don't see like those sign if we not eligible. It just show our earnings only, if we reach we get payment that's all. Hope you reach this month. Best of luck.
