Rose Raindrops and Not Good News

Sharing a raindrop rose from Dustin's garden. This was taken after a rain a week ago. I love the drops on the roses. Received a phone call with not good news earlier. I am trying to be positive. Seems like all directions lead to bad news. But I know things will get better soon. I will keep this one short. You all remember my uncle that passed with COVID last week. His first cousin (my second cousin) is 91 years old. He was working on his tractor in his carport. Something went wrong. The tractor exploded. He has 3rd and 4th degree burns on 80% of his body. Extensive damage to his home as well. He is 91 and has always been very active. His family is making a decision now whether or not to remove life support. Also they cannot even visit him due to COVID. Savor the moments in life, we never know what our future holds. Going back out to try to enjoy the weather now.

No, that is how it is growing. See the memorial stone in the background? The raindrops weighed the bloom down.

@CarolDM Yes, it's clearer to me now when you explained it to me. How are you today?

@DianneN You are so kind my friend. I just need a break I think. Life is what it is, nothing I can do about it. Thank you.

Quality of life is in question right now. Waiting on what the doctor says soon. 4th degree burns on legs may call for amputation due to bone being exposed. We will see what happens.
