Why Can't I Click Someone's Articles?

This is new to me, or maybe I wasn't active for so long that I might miss new rules from my lot?
I just can't understand that there are some articles that I can't click, and there are some comments on my discussion that the system did not notify me.
I hope someone can help me. Thank you.

It means that you have been blocked by the person whose discussions you are trying to respond to. You will also not be able to see any responses or comments they may have left on your discussions. If you go to their profile, you will see no buttons ('Follow', 'Message' or 'Block') are available..
Occasionally, especially if the person is using a mobile phone, a person may have blocked you by mistake. Usually a block is intentional and the person doesn't have to give any reason. If you feel that the block may be unintentional, check to see what followers you have in common and PM one of them asking them to ask the person whether they have blocked you intentionally or not and, if it was unintentional, to please remove the block.

@luisadannointed Yes, if it's a problem with opening a link, that is most often due to a slow connection (and a browser which hasn't had time to load the entire page properly).
