Today Breakfast special Spicy Medu Vada

Hi friends, Good Morning all of you. Hope all are enjoy your yesterday Sunday day. Now new week start with new Day. Hope all are trying to reach your goals. Today for breakfast I prepare Medu Vada along with Idly Sambar. This South Indian famous dish, using urand Dal we prepare it. Not so healthy because it is deep fry item, very often I prepare. Nearly once a month for my family wish. Just now my preparation finish, all of my family members enjoying now. Can I know how you start your new day??

Yum!! It's my husband 's favourite but sadly I'm not an expert in it. It requires a special skill to keep the shape intact especially with the hole in the middle.

@Lavanya15 Haha yes, I noticed some people use the Vada maker to get the shape right but that never worked for me.

Medu vada is one of my favorites . Here in Kerala many call it "urand vada" ( I don't know the correct spelling in English .

)
