I knew this would eventually happen...

Yesterday I participated in one of the demonstrations, but not on purpose. Maybe I should explain... I was with a group of friends and we were on our way back to my house. The car was so cramped, and somehow that caused us to end up in a tailspin. We were all okay, but it did shake us up a bit and well, we were hungry, so we headed towards the next exit on the parkway. The next exit just happened to be where one of the demonstrations were occurring. It was kind of eerie, to be honest. We passed by so many businesses that were full up with cars, but the lights in those businesses were off. We had to go further up to find a restaurant, and well we ended up driving into the protest. They let us pass through though, and directed us to a place that was open. I guess it was a good thing that they were following us though, because we drove up this narrow incline and ended up nearly tipping over it. Luckily there were people there that could use their weight to help us right the car, but they did suggest we just back up. We did, and we got out of the car. They asked what we were doing in their town and we explained why. They said they would feed us, but could we please join their demonstration for awhile. There was about three hundred people about, and I was still a little nervous with the virus going on, but I was ruled out. We joined for a while and ended up making friends with some of the people. Then I woke up, but well A LOT more stuff happened before and after this little narrative.

I wasn't trying to get anyone. Most of my first discussions of the day are going to be about what I dreamed the night before.

There was more to it than this, but any longer and I do not think people would read it.

@m_audrey6788 When I was a preteen, I taught myself to remember my dreams. It's really about getting enough sleep, waking up slowly and having it be the first thing on your mind.

I read your story with keen interest and worry together with you about what happened until "Then I woke up".

There is almost always going to be a "Then I woke up" at the end of anything I write here.

I dreamed one night about some family members, my mother, and I was in some kind of meeting room. We were watching a movie about a guy who was being held hostage by a crazy woman (sorta like Misery) who owned a movie rental store. He was looking at a movie about cannibalism. My mother said to everyone that she thinks it's going to get gross and I said I think so too. Then I woke up. Another dream was that some of my family members and I went on airplane to somewhere like Hawaii. We were at a restaurant and I telling them I really didn't want to eat there. The restaurant workers was asking if we had cats with us. They had cat food and some cats there. I realized that we left Lily (my cat) back home. I got worried that no one would feed her. Then I woke up.

Those are some anxiety riddled dreams. Especially the one where you were watching a guy being held hostage.

I am really glad it didn't. Not because I wouldn't join a peaceful demonstration, but because of all the near accidents we had.
