the nerve...

Sometimes, when I rise up from my bed (I should turn to any side and slowly rise) and I literally ''get up on the wrong side of the bed", I might have the low back pains. If I have that, the scoliosis is present in my spinal column. the lateral curvature of my spine will make me walk unsteadily, because I might be grimacing in pain. It is also hard to bathe myself when I have the LBP. I am just happy because the nerve is not affected. What I mean is the longest nerve in our body- the Sciatic nerve! There is a condition termed Sciatica. I am glad that nerve is not present when I have LBP. I am not obese, or my spine has no other deformities or conditions that may trigger sciatica. It is only the "getting up on the wrong side of the bed".

Good to know that you manage your lower back pain.

@ridingbet hope the belt continues to work for you. I guess you can only manage the pain but would never do away with the lower back pain.

my brother has this belt that produces heat and eventually, the LBP is reduced until it is gone. i do not drink any medicine but if i feel feverish, i take Rexidol

no. in this vocation that i am enjoying, i sometimes would stoop to lift a patient up, or when i insert an IV cannula. i think i forget about proper posture. my family have good posture; only i have the LBP

Good you don't have any such problem and actually its the obesity which is the reason of many health problems

definitely not obesity because i weigh less than 50 kgs. before i reached 56 kgs, but because of the allergic rhinitis i had a couple of years ago, my appetite deteriorated. having lesser weight is good though because i do not pant and that is good for a person like me who has heart ailment

my late parents had good posture. my other siblings too. it is my incorrect posture that caused me to have this occasional LBP; however, i can still manage.
