Pool will open

I'm glad that you've been able to use your pool. I can imagine how hot it must be.

@dodo19 We went for a swim when we visited them, last summer.

@dodo19 I was all set to head out in the morning. But, became sick during the night and still have some sort of intestinal thing this morning. Not happy. My sister said she would go out to see if she could get me one.

I'm sorry you couldn't find one. Hopefully you find one soon. Sometimes, there's not much you can do about people complaining.

Yes, it has opened. It opened earlier this week.

@kanuck1 They're only allowing a certain number of people. We have to sit 2 m away from others. I'm also making sure we wash our hands when we come back.

@dodo19 Are they taking any special precautions because of the corona virus? Are you?

That's definitely a good thing! I'm sure many will be happen when they open.

I think most kids like the pool. Some kids enjoy it more than others, and that's fine.

@simone10 I can imagine how scary it was. We had a similar scary incident with my son. He was 1-2. It scared him quite a bit as he was so little, but he got over it. Scared my husband and I so much as well.

@dodo19 Yes, most kids love the water and have no fear. Once my sister and I took our kids to the pool at my apartment. My niece was only around 2-3 years old. When we got to the pool deck, she suddenly took off running and jumped right in but couldn't swim. My sister jumped in and retrieved her right away. It scared us both so bad. My niece was laughing as she thought it was so much fun.

Yes, I'm sure they will. It'll be fun to relax and have fun by the pool.

I'm definitely glad that it's opened and we have it. I've always loved the water too. Especially being by the ocean. I don't swim often, but I still love the water. Showers are so relaxing. We'll definitely have quite a bit of fun by the pool.

@dodo19 Oh showers are so so relaxing! If ever I have trouble sleeping, I have a quick hot shower to try and relax my body and mind.

Yes, they really have. They've missed not going to the indoor pool and such.

Hopefully, it will open soon for you. Our provincial government has given to the go ahead for pools to open.

Yes, my husband went to the pool with our kids. They had fun.

Absolutely!! They all are. Especially my middle daughter. She's always been my little fish and could spend all day there almost non stop.

You must have really enjoyed swimming and been a good swimmer. It's a shame that there are restrictions now all over the place. But it's understandable. Hopefully, soon there won't be as restrictions. I'm sorry that the splash pad isn't open for you guys. It's opened here, and my kids were really happy that it was.

@dodo19 My youngest daughter is the most dissappointed, she wanted her bday party at the splash pad last year but it took longer to finish than expected and so it was after her bday when they could use it. her bday is next monday on the 29th and with them still not being on there is no way it will be open in time yet again and she has looked forward to it all year and then the virus hit. i mean i get it and understand just wish other people would listen so we can get this over with and back to normal for the kids and adults alike.
