Instant Mango pickle

Hi friends, I just finished my lunch preparation. But not yet eat, I have time.
But finished all dishes. For lunch I prepare instant Mango pickle for curd rice side dish.
Yesterday I get one fresh Mango, using this today I prepare instant Mango pickle.pinch hing add it, then replace to Mango mix. Mix well all together. That's all now ready instant Mango pickle.
It is give amazing great taste with combination of curd rice.
Can I know any one taste it in before.??
Preparing this dish is very simple, first cut Mango into small pieces, then add needed salt and chili powder to it. Mix well. Now take a pan on adding oil, wait until it get heat, then add misted seeds, turmeric power and ast

It sounds interesting. I make instant cucumber pickles sometimes with salt rub, then rinse and add equal amounts of sugar, vinegar and water. They are very cool.
Tell me what hing is, please. Because I was told it has wheat gluten in it so I can't eat it.

@petatonicsca oh OK. I don't try this recipe using cucumber. I wish to eat alone cucumber don't mix any thing. Some times I prepare Rytha using cucumber lol.

Hing means Asafoetida, in hindi we called as Hing lol.

Yes instant raw mango pickle is very tasty. It hardly take 5 minutes to prepare if main ingredients like, salt, red chilli powder are available.
