Are you fond of sauces.....???

Hello people!!!! Today while preparing lunch my husband added number of sauces in the noodles, which actually changed its original taste....I never liked much of additional stuff because I think it hampers the original taste of anything that we make..... Also, it made it more spicy which was hard for me to stand.... Do like adding sauces to your noodles or any food....

I prefer tomato sauce with my omlet or similar dish as taste maker.

Some people that I know of do like adding the spicy sauce in their food. I'm not into spicy food.
