I want to thank all my myLot friends and Facebook friends for the wonderful birthday greetings, cards, phone calls, texts, and video chats. I appreciate your thinking of me to make my day extra special and spectacular.
I will try to pop on and off myLot in between the festivities. It’s a beautiful, summer day here, sunny and warm just the way I like it! Health issues don’t prevent me from enjoying any type of weather. Having my birthday fall on the Summer Solstice is extra exciting!
My husband is playing a round of early golf with my son. Our country club opened yesterday, and the golfing is by appointment only. No one will be on the course except the two of them. When they return, we will go for a long, relaxing walk, have luncheon on our deck, and birthday cake!
I hope you enjoy my birthday flowers sent by my older son, daughter-in-law, and precious grandchildren!

When we had them, the Japanese beetles ruined the leaves if we didn't take care of them. Hmmm, I wonder if Japanese beetles is politically incorrect now.
