More Progress At the Library

I made more progress at the library today, it may not look like it, but I actually got quite a lot done. Tomorrow morning is Church so though I may drop some books off at the library, I won’t be doing much else. The books in really bad condition still need to sifted through and discarded. I do that as I see them, and there are some I just don’t think fit into our library. And because I was told to do what I felt was right, though I’m not going to mess with the Concordances, because they are so expensive, and the older Bibles, dating back to 1900, I don’t feel should be in circulation because damage can be done simply by handling them to much.
And yes I take titles home, if I want to read them, or if I have questions on the content.
And now I need to get to work on book reviews but for that I can stay in my air conditioned apartment.

It looks as if it's coming along nicely. I agree with you about those bibles, you just don't want them to be more damaged.

Thank you, I’m thinking of finding a box and putting them aside, letting the Pastor know where they are at, in case he needs to reference them, I just don’t want a lot of hands touching them. I wouldn’t be surprised to find books even older as well, our Church has been part of our community since 1854.

@Michellekidwell Oh yes. You might also see about dust jackets or dust coverings for those delicate bibles, hymnals etc.
