We Shouldn’t Share Our Goals

Greetings all, probably a month ago I've watched a motivational video on YouTube. There I've learned that we shouldn’t share our goals. Because when we share our goals it make us feel like we almost get our goals and stopped working hard to it.
For example if I share that I'll exercise from tomorrow and start too after few days It'll make me feel like I'm done, I had lots of exercise. Well I'm not explaining it as well as the motivational VJ were explained.
I really believe that we shouldn’t share our goals, we should focus on it instead sharing it to many.
What's your opinion on it? And why you think so?
Thanks for reading.
Have a nice day ahead.
Stay blessed!

Yes you are right. We must keep our goals within our mind. Sharing our goals with others will make us feel anxious and we often lose sight of the steps to take to reach our goal .

I don't necessarily agree. If you share your goals, you might be more motivated to work towards them rather than have to explain to others why you failed to reach them. To avoid this, you work harder. I guess it depends on the person.

I think sharing your goals is fine as long as you keep working toward accomplishing them.
