Poori With Bambay Chutney

Hi friends, Good Morning all of you. I am not active hear for two days but hear I getting good support. Thank you very much for your support friends.
Today break fast we prepare Poori with Bambay Chutney. For poori preparation all most all known but coming to side dish we prepare using gram flour. This side dish no one known very few members known.
Very simple and easy side dish for Idli, Dosa, poori and chapati too. Very delicious too.
For preparing this dish first heat a pan on adding oil to it, then add mustard seeds, Chenna Dal, urand Dal, onion, tomatoes, green chill, curry leaves to it.
In mean time take three table spoon gram flour, on adding water mix them with out having any plums to it.
Now add this mix to onion fry, and add required salt, water to it according to your needed consistency. Just wait until getting bubbles. That's all now it ready to eat.

Wow!! Puri is my favourite dish. I am not aware of Bombay chutney but the ingredients looks the same as that of Dal fry.

For Dal fry we use cooked Dal but hear I use only gram flour my friend.

It is not Daal poori lol hear side dish I prepare using gram flour lol.

I am also don't know about it name. But hear we call this as Bambay Chutney lol.
