Can I help you?

Friday I was in the kitchen and looked up towards my dining room window and there was a woman there walking her dog, that happened to be trying to pull her in the other direction. But she could not be bothered because she was too busy looking in my window! I started walking towards her, was going to say,"Can I help you?" but she then followed her small dogs lead. It is so irritating first off how people walk their dogs so close to the buildings. But this ladies dog was trying to pull her away and she was looking in my window!

Is she trying to stalk you through the window? That's annoying and scary

@Adie04 I guess she walks her dog off property or over at the dog park.

Yeah, I told the assistant manager and he said that he knows who it is and he was going to talk to her. I haven't seen he sense, I guess she walks her dog at the other end now.

Kind of creepy if you ask me-I would have walked up to the window and pulled the curtain and let her see me do it, that would teach her to mind her own business.

@Juliaacv Well I hope there won't be a next time. I had an appointment with the complex assistant manager yesterday and I told him what happened and he inquired what she looked like and the dog.He said he knew who it was and he would talk to her.

I wouldn't like someone that close trying to look into my home. Funny the dog had more sense than she by walking away not toward your home.
