June 28 - What I'm Thankful for Today

I had a very busy morning. I got a lot accomplished in a short amount of time.
I'm thankful I got up when I did. I got 6.5 hours of sleep. I wanted to get up at 3 but was too tired and got up right when I needed to take my weekly medication at 4.
I'm thankful for the exercise I got first thing this morning. I got my 10K steps and over 80 minutes of exercise.
I'm thankful for getting my Bible Study done. It was a good study.
I'm thankful for the work accomplished on Vendetta before the service started on FB.
I'm thankful for the live church service on FB. I'll be glad to get back there next week. I'm certain my grandson doesn't have the virus, but without the results, I'm not taking chances and staying home.
I'm thankful for the phone call I got from a friend. We spent over an hour on the phone. She's a writer friend, and before that, I met her at the church we both attended and have been good friends since.
I'm thankful the notifications are finished. I had a good time with you, reading your posts and even getting a chuckle or two as I learned what you're up to today.
I'm thankful a lunch idea turned out better than I expected. I made tuna salad, but instead of using mayo, I used guacamole. It was delicious.
Okay, that's been my day. I have two hourly steps left and my fitness goals will be finished for today. I have almost 14K steps. I'm going to do another exercise session while watching TV, so I should be at or close to 20K for today.

Wow, you certainly were productive today! I can't claim as much on my end. It's been a pretty lazy day for me. Starting tomorrow, I have to complete a 2-day certification class followed by a lengthy exam I've pretty much spent the weekend reading the 400-page study guide in preparation. So it's been a really quiet weekend for me.

@just4him Thanks! It was a tough one, but I passed! My certification is good for another 5 years now! Glad to get that one behind me. Now on to the next one!

Wow! You did have a busy day and it is not anywhere over yet! It is 5:00 PM EST. I am thankful thankful that I am alive and thankful that I could resign my lease yesterday, even tho I would prefer to move. But at least I will have a place to live and watch my grandkids if I can find a way to earn more money to pay the raise in rent.Hope you have a great evening my friend.

Sounds like a good day there, which is always good. Guacamole and tuna? Very interesting...glad you enjoyed it though!
