This is Cultural Center of the Philippines, its the place were events happen inside like theater play, graduation, part and stuff. No events because of Covid.
But outside it's a good atmosphere that people can exercise and meet friends..
So, what's wrong with it? Social distancing and wearing Mask is not much visible in this area.
I think people have forgotten since they remove the restrictions that Covid is still a dangerous virus and can infect upon contact. Wished they thought about it first before going to hang out.
have a nice day and stay home safe!

@Letranknight2015 Ugh. Yah, kids should be out in an open crowd like that - this virus does not discriminate - everyone has to watch out!!

Not to mention some of those getting grouped together @much2say were mostly youngsters whom i think shouldn't be allowed outside yet!

People are stupid, to let their guard down. Another wave will hit, if they don't obey these rules.

@Letranknight2015 If they don't follow those guidelines, there will be a second outbreak of this virus.

I hope those people stay healthy, but yes masks and distancing should be done even if things are getting better.

I don't think they're aware of it either @thelme55 it's like they're thirsty to get out but don't realize that they forgot to be cautious.

Hello @amadeo I don't think we can unless permanent vaccine is made, look how irresponsible some people are...as if mask is hard to wear.

. Reopenings do not mean that it is any safer . . . we still have to be cautious, wear masks and practice social distancing.
