Hot and muggy. That's the weather for today with showers. One just came through and more are expected. Our dew point is at 70 which means it's very muggy out there. The weatherman admitted the storm tracker isn't following the predictions, so who knows what's going to happen for the rest of the day and this week. We're getting up to the 90s by the end of the week. Yea! I'm not a fan of this weather. Give me snowflakes.
Still no word from my grandson. I'll call him later. I really want to go back to the pool tomorrow.
I've met my 10K goal and my hourly goals, but just barely. I lose all track of time when I'm working on a book. Right now, I need to spend time here as I am getting very angry. I hope my readers will too. It's a sign I'm doing it right. So, I need to focus elsewhere. I'm all caught up with the book and I'm back to writing and it's going well.
Okay, that's been my day so far. Yesterday was good for food and fitness. Here are the numbers.

I did well yesterday with everything and lost a few ounces. I think changing to fish as I did helped move the scale faster. At least it seems like it. How did you do with food and exercise yesterday? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

Congrats on another low, that is great! It is great that it seems your change to fish is helping the scale move faster. Maybe I should eat more myself since I love fish.

@just4him I probably have 3 pounds at least of salmon in the freezer and tons of tuna....so I could at least eat it more often. And no problem!

Good to know that you did well with your diet. I just had some vegetable sandwich for breakfast and chicken soup cabbage for dinner
