Another One to Pull From the Shelves

And this one has nothing to do with the title, or the author, but the condition. I actually brought this one home to read, opened it and realized it was damaged. The title is a good fit for our library, so I’m going to see about finding a better copy of it on Amazon, but this one I have here for now, until I get the new one.
I’ve also found a Book of Mormon, and several other titles to donate, and discarded a study guide on Esther, after seeing that water damaged caused molding.
All in all though, I’ve found a lot of really good titles. I’m sure I’ll be discarding a few more or donating them as I go.

When we were living in a house that gets flooded during the rainy season, some of my books were damaged by the mold that I had to burn them.

@Michellekidwell we have no defense on the mold because it is caused by humidity.

@Alexandoy I know, our building is just old! But we are making repairs by we I mean the Church lol.

Ugh, that’s not good, our Church has been part of our community for over 160 years some of the books were bound to get damaged.

That's good. You have enough books to donate including the Book of Mormon. I have read that book.

@Michellekidwell I'm a Mormon for 40 years now together with my family. I have a Church calling. My family are all sealed in the temple. My youngest son has served a 2-year mission.

Would you suggest this book?, have you read it? I am an avid reader. I have only read a book or two by CS Lewis but never anything about him (or her? Lol, I have no idea). Have fun cleaning out the book shelf! I need to do that for mine as well.

Him, I have read his biography, though it was a more updated version. He wrote The Chronicles of Narnia, as well as Surprised by Joy, and lots of other titles.
