Todays Excitement IS....nothing

Happy Thursday Everyone! it's a nice sunny day here in my little corner of the myLot world. Hope you have nice weather where you are.
I'm up a little earlier than usual this morning. Just couldn't sleep so figured it was just smarter to get up rather than lay there awake.
The coffee is brewing and the pups are snoring. My daughter went to work so they already had their morning walk.
I'm a little disappointed that the few things I had listed on Ebay didn't sell so now I've deactivated the listings and will probably try again another time. It's so funny how Ebay is hit or miss. Sometimes things sell quickly and other times something similar doesn't sell at all.
I have no plans for today but I'll probably sit outside and enjoy the quiet for awhile. It's been nice getting fresh air and I'm starting to get tired of being cooped up in the house.
Anyway, that's my NOT exciting post for this moring

I'm okay not getting much excitement lately. For so long, excitement in my life meant someone was being rushed to the hospital or something. So I enjoy the calm of the morning, just sitting here drinking my coffee and chatting to my cat.
Here's hoping the next time you list on eBay you have a bidding war right away! Or at least sell something. That must be disappointing. Have a good day!
Oh, weather is fine here in Santa Fe. Not sure how warm it's supposed to get.

Calm and peaceful are my idea of a good day. Like you I've had my share of those crazy days and longed for quiet.

I don't know about exciting, but #3 daughter is coming over this afternoon to pick up her half of the cake I'm baking right now. Then she said she will take me to Jungle Jim's so I can get some of the German goodies I've been craving.Enjoy your quiet time

@gr8nana6 prices have gone up here too and for the same things I usually buy it costs more. This virus has hit us hard in so many ways other than the illness itself.

Today is sorta exciting. I'm supposed to be getting another magic scarf/face mask today, but it's for my best friend for Christmas. I'm usually not on here on Thursdays, but yesterday I had alot of work on two websites.

@Marilynda1225 No it's not. They are neck gaiters. People that go to raves and concerts use them. And Motorcycle riders wear them. They just call them magic scarves on Amazon.

I have to laugh at myself. When I saw your post, I just realized it was Thursday. But I did at least remember that the date was my daughter's birthday. I made sure to wish her a good B-day as soon as I woke up. Lately, I keep forgetting what day of the week it is. It's getting so that I remember by saying Perry Mason comes on Monday through Friday. So I don't see that show in the program line-up, then it must be Saturday or Sunday.

I've totally lost track of time and since i'm retired I had trouble remembering what day it was before the quarantine. Now it's even worse

Shipping can be a headache especially for large items. Guess you have to package your speakers securely so they don't get damaged.

Sorry the stuff didn't sell on ebay. Hope when you post again it will sell. Enjoy your peace. I will have to go to the junk yard to clean out the car, talk with the insurance adjuster and clean the church. For now I am enjoying coffee and peace. Have a great day.
