July 2 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Busy, that's what this day has been.
I'm thankful I got the sleep I did, even though I overslept by an hour.
I'm thankful for the extra time in the pool. One of the gals who came in for the next session was very nice and told me to get a few extra laps. I was in for an hour. 
I'm thankful I went shopping right after the pool. I got what I needed, or I thought I did. I knew I needed to go to Aldi too and realized I did forget one thing at Wal-Mart. I'm set now for a few days. I still don't need to add any freezer food. My freezer is still full.
I'm thankful when I opened the computer and checked my e-mails I found out it was payday. I guess they have a bank holiday tomorrow for the Fourth of July since it's on a Saturday this year.
I'm also thankful that in finding out it was payday, all my bills are paid.
I'm thankful I have all my fitness goals met. I'm not planning to do any further exercise as I already have 120 minutes. That's enough.
I'm thankful for the work I accomplished on Vendetta. It's going well. I should have the current scene finished tomorrow.
I'm thankful I have the notifications finished. I had a good time here today visiting with you and finding out how it's going with you. I hope you also had a good day.
Okay, that's my slice of the day. What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading. Time for me to fix dinner/supper and watch TV. I wonder if I can watch it without exercising?

Yes, it is. I don't know if I'm doing anything out of the ordinary. We aren't having any fireworks this year though I'm sure people will be popping them off. I plan on watching a movie I like to watch every Independence Day, Yankee Doodle Dandy. I own the movie.

I am grateful that we are healthy and safe, that our children and grandson is as well, that I both love and am still in love with my husband after 23 years together, I am grateful for the stillness that I find between breaths, and the connectedness I feel with people even when we are apart, and the 5 pm cocktail and cards hour that my husband and I share every day, and that sleep comes more easily now.

I can barely do 30 minutes exercise, but 120 minutes wow my legs were going to hurt.

What was dinner.? We just had a roll and steak. Same as we'll have the next two nights (store had steak on sale til today), but with mashed potatoes added.
