I hope turmeric is available in most of the countries and even if you don't consume it in dishes you are at least aware of it and of course turmeric is an Indian product which I'll discuss some other time maybe with more details and facts.
So turmeric Milk is believed to be a good drink to increase your Immunity in case you suffered injuries you're recommended to try this out.
Have you ever tried turmeric Milk?

@Butterfingers I know turmeric is good for you. Do you know how much you would put in a cup of milk?

@JudyEv I think you can start with putting a half spoon and can go up to 1 spoon. Maybe try to make half glass so add a quarter of a spoon

Right said! Even if we can't buy these herbal mix packets that are known to increase immunity, turmeric milk is the simplest solution to keep our immunity good.

I have not, but I have used turmeric in tea before. I do not believe I have the purest form of it though.

I think you saw my Turmeric Rice and thought about Turmeric Milk. I have made it several times. I like it and I do drink it sometimes when I have a cold but usually I drink the Japanese Shogayu, which is grated fresh ginger with hot water and sometimes honey. I like turmeric milk and I would love to hear more about the benefits of turmeric!
