What's for dinner?

We're going through a heat wave. Next week it's suppose to be above 40C here.
I'm making beef pot pies homemade today. I got thr tiny toaster oven out as it produces less heat. I wish I had of not been lazy last week to do a meal prep.
I also made a tuna pasta salad to go with it.

My fridge has leftover garbanzo beans and rice in it. I probably will just make supper with that and some vegies from the freezer. July is generally the heat wave month!

I prepared dosa for dinner with warm milk. Nothing special. I ate heavy lunch. So I preferred light dinner.
