Barbeque Veggie Pizzas, Nom!

How's it going? It was supposed to be my final day off of the week but I picked up a little overtime, just because, why not? The day has not been as busy as I would have thought it would have been though.
For the first time, I made a barbeque veggie pizza. I only found recipes online for vegan, all-home-made BBQ pizzas, so I kind of just *winged it*.
I used pre-made thin crust pizza, used barbeque sauce in place of pizza sauce, topped with mozarella cheese, and then a variety of toppings.
Pizza One had: cubed tofu fried in barbeque sauce, fried sweet potatoes, canned corn
Pizza Two: canned corn, fresh tomatoes, red onions, red peppers.
They were delicious, especially topped with more barbeque sauce. I baked each at 400 degrees for approx 20 minutes, which might have been over-doing it as some of the barbeque sauce baked onto the pizza stone. But otherwise, the crust was perfect crunchy and delicious!
I think I like BBQ sauce a lot because I normally don't get to eat it - I am vegetarian, so it's normally not on the roster for many of the veggie meals I make.
Have you made something like this? Anyone else crazy about BBQ sauce like I am?
Happy Friday all.Stay safe &healthy!
