I have difficulties in sleeping most of the time ,at night or even in day time.I'm kind of person that don't like taking sleeping pills just to make you sleep.Due to unsleepiness,I'm looking dull and having headaches. I came across YouTube and i saw a video that they were saying garlic will make you sleep, put some garlic under pillow.I was thinking does it really make sense? Anyone experienced diffitculties in sleeping? Any natural remedies myLotters?

Try a little bit of Nutmeg with milk before bed that might work for you naturally. The garlic thing is superstition.

I also sometimes have trouble sleeping. In that state I always prayed to Allah until I fell asleep.

If you rely on YouTube videos then you are messing your mind with confusing facts and false information.
