Yesterday I got the "bee in my bonnet" to bake. This was because 1) I had milk to use before it expired 2)I had eggs to use before they expired and 3) the recipe had been staring at me for months from the back of a Bran Flakes box on the counter. Also, (I guess, 4) I hadn't tried to use the silicone bread pans that I had bought. So, things went well--I didn't make as much of a mess as I did with making Angel's treats, the silicone pans held up well--but the first bread I did fell apart coming out of the pan. I ate a chunk--it was still good.
