Is it effective not to gain weight when you eat light dinner at 5pm and just eat snacks in the evening?
For two consecutive days now, I have been doing that. Not because I intend to do that but I just get hungry fast as I am a light eater.
Well, just curious...
Good evening/ morning to all!

Eating dinner at 5 pm is effective when losing weight. But you have to stop the snack. No more anything after 6 pm.

@Janet357 that means you cannot go on a diet.

@Alexandoy you are.right. Good thing I just eat in small portions. I cannot afford to be obese.

I've been doing that for almost four years now. It helps.

It depends on what kinds of snacks you eat and what eating plan for losing weight you're following. I've been trying to eat the snack type foods earlier in the day and stick to my diet foods like a slice of cheese or a piece of fruit after my main meal.
