Hi all, June blew by faster than fast. The big things that stood out to me about June were - doing yard work at my mom's place, cleaning out the garage somewhat, taking the Tony Robbins Comeback Challenge, eating at picnic tables with a friend and with my momma. All against of course the backdrop of not only the pandemic, but also the murder of George Floyd and resulting unrest. As for goals I'll have to do this from memory as I'm at my mom's place now, and my journal is in Foley. Goal : 2 new recipes June: 8 new recipes In June we actually between the both of us tried a lot of new recipes - bread recipes of which "maple" bread was a big hit. It was actually more salty and sweet rather than being very Mapley. Another big success was "Eggroll in a Bowl" . Goal: Exercise 12 days a month June: 14 days Yay. I owe that a lot to yard work and cleaning out the garage. Goal: 4 Masterclass classes June: 1 Masterclass Well, fell short there I guess. I took Carlos Santana's class. It was a lot of fun to hear his theories on energy and connecting with an audience. I also took Tony Robbin's 1 week "Comeback Challenge" this was offered for free over social media. I will review it later. That's about it here... at least what I can think of. Here's to continuing success to us all Photo: Pixabay user drsjs ({Pixabay results for Sci Fi because you know, that works well for this year. ha ha.)

@FayeHazel I bet your Mom appreciates you being there for her and helping her. Keep up the good work with everything. So what new recipes to you want to make next?

@FayeHazel That is great on the recipe scene. You are really ambitious there. Sorry that your Mom gets frustrated with us. Could it be because of her situation and she just wants to get better and so is taking it out on you or something else?

@Hannihar Thanks! I have so many recipes I saved and would like to try... it's fun to see what works out. Ah, I think it's in that we have different ways of doing things - different styles and I know that I'm more stringent with cleanliness as applies to this germ situation in the pandemic - that seems to really annoy her.... Good thought though, thanks

Ah sometimes yes, though sometimes she gets fairly frustrated with me, too. Ha ha. Oh... boy, I just tried 2 new recipes. Both turned out lovely - a chicken dish and homemade spaghetti sauce. I think the next new thing I want to try is cheese biscuits

One day I'll set myself some goals and see how I go. I'd have to write them down or I'd forget them before the first week was gone.
